The First Pawn

So here goes.

This is the very first model i created using Blender and Unity3d.

Simply put i started with a circle and extruded and scales it unit i had the base mesh for the pawn, Marked seams and then uv unwrapped. After that i applied the grain texture. As for the material, i used glass material. for the board i used a simple plane. Finally used the scene in Unity3d. i just duplicated the object and applied a darker.

Looking back i realize i could have done ALOT better if i rendered it using Blender.
